Moscone Convention Center

San Francisco Details

Moscone Convention Center Nearby Restaurants:

Lunch and dinner options just outside the Moscone Center are plentiful, although there is a precarious mix of restaurant quality, falling between delicious and disastrous. Bad restaurants pray on unknowing convention goers who choose flash and proximity to quick, good eats. You can find great Italian food at Pazzia (337 3rd St.), amazing Thai food at Koh Samui and the Monkey (415 Brannan St.), and a great Mexican lunch at Chavo’s (595 Bryant St.)—all are just a 5 minute walk from Moscone.

There are also good choices on 2nd Street, and for the health-conscious among us, Whole Foods supermarket is a great choice for dine in, or take out. A safe but unadventurous bet is the Sony Metreon complex just next to Moscone Center, which has a food court inside catering to any palette. The area is dark and often crowded, but there is free wi-fi access in the building, which makes it ideal for a quick lunch and e-mail break.

With its central location, good eats, and San Francisco charm, as a visitor to Moscone Center you are sure to enjoy yourself both in and out of your conference!
